<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coupling structure of a driving shaft and a swash plate assembly for a variable displacement type swash plate compressor wherein the coupling structure is modified to transmit torque of the driving shaft to a rotor and the swash plate assembly in an almost equally dispersed state, and a service life of the driving shaft is prolonged while reducing friction thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In the coupling structure of the driving shaft and the swash plate assembly for the variable displacement type swash plate compressor, the swash plate assembly hinge- coupled to one side of the rotor in a tilt angle adjustable manner is rotated by the torque of the driving shaft and reciprocation of a piston in a cylinder bore is enabled. The swash plate assembly comprises a hub including a driving shaft penetrating hole through which the driving shaft penetrates and a boss provided with a plurality of pin holes at an outer periphery; and a swash plate which is coupled to an outer peripheral surface of the boss and provided with the piston. A plurality of long holes for intercommunicating and intercrossing corresponding to the pin holes of the boss penetrate axially and the swash plate assembly and the driving shaft are coupled by a number of coupling pins penetrating through the pin holes and the long holes corresponding thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
