<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a learner to easily carry out self-instruction and to surely improve the grade by presenting to the learner, out of a lot of questions, an appropriate question corresponding to the learning level without overlapping even when an instructor, etc., is absent. <P>SOLUTION: Each time a learner inputs an instruction to prepare a question from a keyboard input device 2, a question preparation and grade evaluation algorithm device 7, based on the learner's evaluation contents till the last time or a specified learning level, selects a question out of a lot of question contents stored in a question database device 8 and displays the question on a display output device 4.
