PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use liquid supply device for allowing stable supply of a liquid preparation over a long period. SOLUTION: The liquid supply device 10 comprises a liquid bottle 11 storing the liquid preparation L, a supporting part 15 supporting the liquid bottle 11, and an approximately cylindrical ventilation member 20 having a vent hole 21a at the end with its base end extending to the supporting part 15. When the end of the ventilation member 20 is inserted into the liquid bottle 11 in use, the vent hole 21a is disposed in the liquid preparation L and an outlet 22 through which the liquid preparation L flows out of the liquid bottle 11 is formed under the vent hole 21a.
