PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a secure stop feeling for a long period while suppressing rebounding of a turning member, a shock to a finger, and a shock sound in full keying.
SOLUTION: A hammer 2 rotates associatively with a key 1 which is pressed and when the hammer nearly reaches its turning end position, the free end 2d of the hammer 2 abuts against a first cushion 17 which is slightly hard and an upper stopper 10 almost at the same time. Then a 'mass part MA' composed of the 1st cushion 17, the other end part 15b of a leaf spring 15, and a mass body 16 moves up and the mass body 16 abuts a little later against a second cushion 18 which is rather soft and energy is absorbed. When the free end part 2d abuts against the 'mass part MA', a large amount of the kinetic energy of the hammer 2 is transmitted to the 'mass part MA' so that the kinetic energy of the hammer 2 is reduced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
