PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve the yellowness of reflected light peculiar to a silver base reflection film and to improve the adhesion of a light reflection film.

SOLUTION: For a light reflection layer 32, the respective layers of a base layer 322, a reflection layer 321, and a cap layer 327 are laminated in the order. The cap layer 327 is formed of the layer 324 of an insulating material whose refractive index is 1.7 or below and two or more layers of the film of an ICO base. The lowest layer of the cap layer 327 is turned to the film of the ICO base and the layer thickness is turned to 1 to 5 nm.
