PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement quick hardening composition in which P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and/or B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>suppresses hydration reaction with cement over a fixed period directly after the addition of water on the hydration, further activates the hydration after the passage of the period, so that flash setting and stiffening are reduced, and the gel time of cement slurry can suitably be elongated without reducing its homogel strength. SOLUTION: The cement quick hardening composition contains P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and/or B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>in 0.5 to 7 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the total content of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and/or B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, CaO and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and in which the molar ratio of CaO/Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is 1.6 to 2.3, and a glass content is≥60 wt.%.
