PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member and a liquid crystal display device having the same. SOLUTION: The conductive member fixes an integrated printed circuit board 140, which has a circuit part for controlling the drive of a liquid crystal display panel, to a rear side surface of a mold frame 300 and electrically connects it to a top chassis. The conductive member includes a body portion to contact a sidewall of the mold frame 300 a first wing portion 620 extended from a first end 613 of the body portion to be coupled with an upper surface of the sidewall of the mold frame 300, and a second wing portion 630 extended from a second end 615 of the body portion 610 to be coupled with the rear side surface of the integrated printed circuit board 140. The first and second wing portions 620 and 630 respectively pressurize the mold frame 300 and the integrated printed circuit board 140 by tension exerted so as to narrow an interval between them as they are farther apart from the body portion 610.
