PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum brake device capable of reducing the number of component parts of a shoe drive mechanism stabilizing braking force, facilitating the fitting of a parking brake mechanism, and replacing a brake shoe easily. SOLUTION: A shoe driving cam 7 provided with an input receiving part 73a receiving shoe operating force generated by an operating force generating means 6 rotates, widely opens a pair of brake shoes 3 and 4, and stabilizes the braking force rotating in the direction of decreasing the action of the shoe operating force depending on the action of the braking force of the brake shoes 3 and 4. The shoe driving cam 7 provided with an input receiving part 73b for parking receiving the shoe operating force from a parking lever 53 rotates, and widely opens the pair of the brake shoes 3 and 4.
