PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin boot having excellent assembling property and sealing ability and possible to be evenly fastened for fixation to the periphery of a different-shape outer case over the whole circumference as a boot for a tri-port type joint. SOLUTION: A large-diameter side fitting part 2 to be fitted to the periphery of the outer case 21, a small-diameter side fitting part 3 to be fitted to a shaft 10 of a tri-port 13 side, and a bellows part 2 between them are integrally formed with each other by using the resin material. The inner periphery of the large- diameter side fitting part 2 is formed into a non-circular shape corresponding to the outer periphery of the outer case 21, and thick parts 2a projecting inside and thin parts 2b are formed each other, and a hole is opened in an axial end surface of the thick part 2a as a volume relief means for the thick part 2a.
