PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving system which enables movement without using a complex motive power component such as a motor, and provide a moving method therefor. SOLUTION: The moving system 401, which comprises a spring 402 and plate-like members 405A and 405B arranged at both ends of the spring 402 and capable of opening/closing, is arranged in a medium 409 [(a)]. When a constant magnetic field is applied to contract the spring, the plate-like member 405A is immediately stopped because it opens upon reception of a stress from the medium. A resistance that the plate-like members 405B receives from the medium is reduced as the spring contracts, a resistance adjusting unit 403B rapidly moves rightward [(b)]. Next, although the spring is extended on the other hand by a repulsion of the spring, the plate-like member 405B is immediately stopped. As the spring is extended, the resistance that the plate-like members 405A receives from the medium is reduced, and the resistance adjusting unit 403B rapidly moves rightward [(c)].
