PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify execution of work and shorten a construction period, by proposing an execution method for a new column row-shaped soil improvement body which dispenses with the use of a sheet pile. SOLUTION: Characteristically, a columnar mixture 2, in which a curing agent and soil are mixed and agitated, is formed when the column row-shaped soil improvement body 4 is formed in ground; and a steel pile 3 is erected by being pressed into the columnar mixture 2 before the curing of the columnar mixture 2, and pulled out for removal after completion of cut-and-cover work in the ground which is surrounded by the cured body 4.
