PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crosstalk and to make a module small-sized. SOLUTION: Between an incidence/projection fiber array 112 to which both terminals of an incidence optical fiber 111a and a projection optical fiber 111b are fixed and a photodiode 116, a lens 113, a branching film 114, and a light shading/absorption mask 115 are arranged from the incidence optical fiber side to the photodiode; and the incidence/projection fiber array, lens, branching film, and light shading/absorption mask form the module. The branching film returns light made incident as parallel light after passing through the lens to the lens side and can transmit part of the incident light and the light shading/ absorption mask has a light transmission hole 115a and the position of the light transmission hole is so set that only light which is projected from an incidence port of the incidence optical fiber and transmitted through the branching film can be transmitted.
