PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probing apparatus which is simple and low- cost and whose precision and accuracy are enhanced. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probing apparatus is provided with transmission parts (TX, TD1, TD2) used to transmit ultrasonic signals, reception parts (TD1, TD2, AMP1, AMP2) composed of a plurality of receiving elements which receive reflected waves by an object of the transmitted ultrasonic signals and which output received signals, an azimuth detection part (ARG) which detects an azimuth of the object on the basis of the arrangement of the plurality of receiving elements and on the basis of a phase difference between the received signals to be output from the respective receiving elements, distance and reflection- intensity detection parts (ADD, ABS) which detect a distance and a reflection intensity of the object on the basis of appearance points of time of the received signals and on the basis of their amplitude and a display processing part (DSP) which screen-displays the object while the detected azimuth, the detected distance and the detected reflection intensity are used as display data. The part (DSP) is provided with a means which screen-displays the azimuth and the reflection intensity from among the display data in such a way that a plurality of azimuths and reflection intensities in the past are cumulatively added.
