PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning apparatus capable of easily and accurately computing information on one's own location from among a plurality of items of locational information even when the plurality of items of locational information are acquired. SOLUTION: From locational information computed and positioned by a positioning part 101, locational information acquired from a plurality of mobile terminals present in the vicinity by a locational information acquiring part 104, and location-related information acquired by a location-related information acquiring part 107, a locational information distribution creating part 110 creates the distribution of these locations. A locational information estimating part 111 compares the locational information X1, X2, and X3. Since the locational information X3 is substantially different from the other locational information X1 and X2 in comparison, it is determined that the locational information X3 is affected by a multipath, and the locational information X3 is removed from candidates of information on one's own location.
