摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an Fe-Si soft magnetic sintered material having high density and excellent magnetic permeability. SOLUTION: Ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of coarse particle size (where the surface of the Fe-Si soft magnetic powder having an average particle size D<SB>1</SB>of 30 to 200μm is coated with a ferritic layer having a spinal structure) is blended and mixed with the ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of fine particle size (where the surface of the Fe-Si soft magnetic powder having an average particle size D<SB>2</SB>of (0.05 to 0.5) D<SB>1</SB>μm is coated with the ferritic layer having a spinal structure) to form a composition which consists of 5 to 30 vol.% of the ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of fine particle size and the balance composed of the ferrite-coated Fe-Si soft magnetic powder of coarse particle size.
