PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a peeling treating agent easily peeling a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer during peeling without producing a large sound during the peeling while having high holding properties during fixing without causing problems about environmental hygiene, disaster prevention, safety, or the like, without deteriorating holding power even when repeating fixing and peeling even several times, and to provide a peeling part using the same. SOLUTION: The peeling treating agent comprises (A) a polyorganosiloxane of a three-dimensional structure comprising 0.5-20 mol% of siloxane units having epoxy group in one molecule, (B) a polyorganosiloxane of a two-dimensional structure having epoxy group in one molecule and (C) a photo-curing catalyst.
