Geographical network management system

A system and method for managing a network is provided. Network data and geospatial data are displayed on the user browser as a map displaying network elements (504-512) of a telecommunication network relative to other network elements (524-540) and geographic elements. One or more of the network elements (504-512) have associated performance elements (514-522) that display performance characteristics that signify performance attributes associated with the network element (504-512).
