<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to prevent a defect that an affected part when a Ni base single crystal alloy or a Ni base unidirectional solidified alloy receives plastic processing strain is recrystallized to deteriorate high temperature strength by being heated at a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: An under coat B composed of a coating layer of B or an ion implantation layer of B is formed on the surface of the Ni base single crystal alloy or the Ni base unidirectional solidified alloy by an ion implantation method, an ion plating method, a vapor deposition method, a sputtering method, a plasma CVD method, a thermal CVD method or the like and an over coat film composed of a MCrAlX alloy having excellent high temperature environment resistance is formed thereon by a melt-spray method. Further if necessary, a ZrO<SB>2</SB>based ceramic coating film (top coat) containing Y<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, CaO, MgO, Yb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, Sc<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, CeO<SB>2</SB>or the like is formed on the MCrAlX alloy film to obtain a Ni base high temperature strength member having both the high temperature strength of the base material and the high temperature environment resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
