PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection and display device which can measure a radiation dose by one detector with reference to various units, which comprises a stable measuring system hardly influenced by a noise by performing a digital waveform processing operation and by which a high-accuracy measured value can be transmitted to a display part with high accuracy so as to be resistant to the noise even when the measured value is transmitted by using a simple signal line. SOLUTION: The radiation detection and display device is provided with a radiation detection part 1 which transmits the number of pulses proportional to an incident radiation dose and a radiation-dose display part 2 which displays the radiation dose corresponding to the number of pulses by a reception from the detection part 1. The detection part 1 has a function which finds information related to the incident energy of a radiation on the basis of an electrical signal from an element sensitive to the radiation and which performs a definite conversion according to a preliminarily set response function. The display part 2 has a function which displays the radiation dose in respectively different unit systems. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
