PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape for forming a plastic lens, having a silicone-based adhesive agent layer, capable of producing a good quality plastic lens without having an optical distortion in a good efficiency. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape for forming the plastic lens is characterized by having an adhesive layer consisting of a silicone adhesive component containing a silane coupling agent component containing 2 or 3 alkoxyl groups and a polyorganosiloxane having hydroxy group at its terminal, on one side surface of a base substrate.
