PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house air-conditioning device purifying under floor air and living room air and utilizing the purified air as air for air conditioning. SOLUTION: A ventilation unit having a first air passage having a first fan sucking under floor air from a floor opening opened in a floor and blowing the air into a living room from an under floor air blowing port installed in a wall, and a second fan sucking living room air in the upper part of the living room and blowing the air from a living room air blowing port in the lower part are installed in the wall of a house.
