PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which heats large quantity of heating object in a short period of time without causing degradation or unevenness in the quality of finished goods. SOLUTION: A heater 16 is provided in a heating chamber 14 into which superheated steam is supplied from a superheated steam supply 18 and hot air is supplied from a hot air supply 20. The output of the heater 16 and the amounts and temperatures of the steam and air to be supplied are appropriately controlled for the heating of an object 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
