PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional soundproof power generation apparatus for exhausting exhaust gas from an engine for driving a generator outside the apparatus through a muffler from a connection pipe wherein the vibration of the muffler vibrates a partition plate and a frame directly and noise is caused because a halfway part of the connection pipe is fixed to the partition plate of an engine room and a muffler chamber. SOLUTION: The connection pipe 43 passes through a connection hole 46 provided in the partition plate 51. A mounting member for fixing the connection pipe 43 to the frame 19 of the soundproof power generation apparatus 1 or a support member 51 from the frame 19 is not provided in the halfway part of the connection pipe 43.
