PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device capable of easily making a fine adjustment of the lower limit position of a bottom rail and improving appearance. SOLUTION: A holding member 5 is fitted to the bottom rail 1 opened at the upper part, and the holding member 5 is provided with a mounting side 6a extending upward inside the bottom rail 1. The mounting side 6a is provided with a mounting hole 7a. The warp of a ladder cord 3 is inserted through the mounting hole 7a from above the bottom rail 1, and the warp is provided with an adjusting part 11 that can perform the adjusting operation of the length of the warp from above the bottom rail 1.
