<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing tool used for firing of new ceramics or powder metal. <P>SOLUTION: The tool comprises flat plates for placement of setters having slits for insertion of spacing holders at ≥2 points and a plurality of the spacing holders formed with narrow-diameter portions capable of fixing the face-to-face distances between the flat plates. The narrow-diameter portions of the same height positions as those of the spacing holders are fitted into the slits and the spacing holders are formed with a plurality of the narrow-diameter portions for insertion of the flat plates to fix the perpendicular distances between the flat plates to each other. Accordingly, the manufacture is easy, the repetitive use of shelves or setters is possible and the adjustment between the shelves is made possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
