PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic wave shield filter which is used in a display device and which has the large number of degrees of freedom of optical design and a low reflectivity for visible rays. SOLUTION: With respect to the electromagnetic wave shield filter provided with a circularly polarizing plate 2 and an electromagnetic wave shield material 1, the electromagnetic wave shield material 1 includes one to four silver transparent conductor thin film layers, and the boundary reflectivity between the electromagnetic wave shield material 1 and an adjacent layer formed on the surface of the shield material 1 is 0.5 to 25%.
