PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a masticatory composition excellent in sustained release property of a medicinal ingredient and feelings upon use and having high effect of preventing oral diseases. SOLUTION: This masticatory composition comprises a disintegrative granules composed of inorganic powder, an organic polymer and a medicinal ingredient and having 0.06-20 kg/piece disintegrative load.
