<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of performance in the case where an image is not printed on tab paper or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming method and the image forming apparatus are equipped with a paper decision step (S1001) to decide the kind of recording paper, an image forming decision step (S1002) to decide whether the image is to be formed on every page by an image forming part, and control steps (S1003 to S1007 and S1008 to S1012) to change control concerning paper feeding in the image forming part on the basis of the decision results obtained in the paper decision step (S1001) and the image forming decision step (S1002). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
