PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving vane member excellent in durability, and to provide a manufacturing method of the moving vane member. SOLUTION: An impeller 21 in which residual tensile stress remains is rotated at a speed higher than that in conventional use, so that a high stress generating part 24 inside the impeller 21 is plastically deformed by centrifugal force F. Thus, after the rotation stops, residual compressive stress remains in the high stress generating part 24 and the residual tensile stress is removed. Therefore, repeated tensile stress applied to the high stress generating part 24 can be reduced, resulting in providing the more durable impeller 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
