PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by eliminating a work for confirming a direction of a steering wheel. SOLUTION: A timer 55 counts an elapsed time from the time when a power source key is detached and a key switch 32 is switched from ON to OFF. When the elapsed time reaches a preset waiting time, a motor 36 for a power steering is controlled by a target steering speed computing part 51 and a motor driver 45 so that a steering angle detected by a steering angle sensor 44 reaches a value corresponding to a rectilinear condition of a vehicle.
