PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending tube heat insulator and a manufacturing method of the bending tube heat insulator, improving workability when attached to a curved water supply pipe and the like, and ensuring thermal insulating performance and having good appearance by preventing peeling off. SOLUTION: A fin portion 15 is pulled and contracted by contracting force adding means 17, and a fin portion 15 side of a thermal insulator body 12 is contracted by the contracting force through a covering material 13, so that a bending tube thermal insulator 10 is curved to the fin portion 15 side. Thereby, workability when attached to the curved water supply pipe and the like is improved, and thermal insulating performance is ensured, and good appearance is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
