PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bursting resistant high strength cement hardened body having a compressive strength of≥800 MPa which has improved bursting resistance to fire heat (prevention of bursting), and facilitate the production of a kneaded material. SOLUTION: (1) The hardened body is obtained by hardening a blend for producing a high strength cement hardened body having a compressive strength of 80 to 105 MPa, and a 0.05 to 10 vol.% (in an external ratio) water-insoluble organic granulated body having diameters of≤3 mm. (2) The hardened body is obtained by hardening a blend for producing a high strength cement hardened body having a compressive strength of >105 MPa, and a 0.5 to 10 vol.% (in an external ratio) water-insoluble organic granulated body having diameters of≤3 mm.
