PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a lightweight enameled building-material panel at a low cost, to prevent a thermal strain and a deformation in the case of an enameled baking, to uniformly bake an enameled film on the whole surface containing the edge section of the building-material panel and to simply install the building-material panel at the low cost. SOLUTION: Bent sections 2 are formed at the edge sections of a sheet ground material, and an enameled coating treatment is carried out on the whole surface containing the bent sections 2. The enameled building-material panels 1 are supported by building-material panel supporting members 21 screwed to a base body 20. The members 21 are composed of fixing screws 22 and magnet members 23 movably inserted slantingly to the axial length of the fixing screws 22, and a height up to the panels 1 is adjusted by adjusting the quantities of screwing of the fixing screws 22 while the magnet members 23 are attached magnetically to the rear sections of the panels 1 and the panels 1 are supported to the fixing screws 22.
