PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple oxygen generator capable of generating oxygen by a simple rapid reaction of an agent which is composed of water, sodium percarbonate and a catalyst, and convenient for carrying and housing. SOLUTION: A water bag 2 which houses water 7, and an agent 3 which consists of sodium percarbonate and the catalyst, are housed in a cushioning bag 4, and the cushioning bag 4 is housed in a breathable film bag 5. As an alternative, the cushioning bag 4 which houses the water bag 2 housing the water 7 and the agent 3 consisting of sodium percarbonate and the catalyst, are housed in the breathable film bag 5.
