The ventilation attachment (3) has an elongate air channel, with the flow path between a front air opening (6) and a rear air opening (7) communicating with the automobile passenger compartment (4). An air filter can be incorporated in the air channel and the flow cross-section of the front air opening and/or the rear air opening being adjustable. Independent claims are also included for: an automobile roof; and a roof module for the automobile.
