PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system or a refrigerating system where low cost, low viscosity oil can be used as lubrication oil for a gas compressor. SOLUTION: Lubrication oil in an oil reservoir 12 recovered after lubrication is heated by a heating means 13 and a refrigerant dissolved in lubrication oil is vaporized for separation recovery 14, and lubrication oil from which the refrigerant is removed is cooled by a cooling means 15 and supplied to a gas compressor body 10 for the use in lubrication.
