PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undercut part in a stage of injection-molding of a chip formed body without any post-treatment for the undercut part after sintering. SOLUTION: A plurality of internally/externally advancing/retracting slide cores 31 are disposed between a pair of opening/closing dies 11 and 21. The dies 11 and 21 have a plate surface forming part of the chip on die closing surfaces 12 and 22 sides. The slide core 31 has an outer circumferential surface of the chip 101a forming pait on a tip. When the slide core 31 is advanced to a predetermined position, the dies 11 and 21 are closed to form a cavity, and a raw material G is injected therein with injection molding. After solidifying, the dies 11 and 21 are opened, and the plurality of slide cores 31 are retracted to take out the chip 101a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
