PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably extend a run-flat travel distance in a high-load operation and to prevent stability and controllability from being lowered, by restraining an increase of a tire weight, by restraining sufficiently expansion deformation of a side wall part, turn-in deformation in a bead part and the like, and by preventing a buckling phenomenon from being generated. SOLUTION: The side wall part 2 in one side is connected to the side wall part 2 opposed in the other side each other with a cord 5 over the whole circumference at a tire maximum-width position in an inside of the tire.
