<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an output of a heat pump, in a system allowing a hot water supply and air conditioning by means of using the heat pump which uses a material of a liquid phase at a normal temperature and a normal pressure, such as water, as a refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: A system S1 comprises a first heat pump 10 including an air conditioner 10X and a second heat pump 20. In each of cooling mode and heating mode, chlorofluorocarbon (a first refrigerant) is circulated between an outdoor unit 11 and an indoor unit 12 of the air-conditioner 10X. In a hot water supply mode, by driving the heat pump 20, water (a second refrigerant) is evaporated at an evaporation means 22 and condensed in a second condensation means 24, and water for a hot water supply of a heating passage 44 is heated. In addition, while circulating the chlorofluorocarbon between the outdoor unit 11 and a first condensation means 31, it is evaporated at the outdoor unit 11 and condensed at a condensation means 31, and the evaporation means 22 is heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
