<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the stability of a polymer against the deterioration of the polymer constituent both in spectral characteristics and in mechanical properties in a sealed environment under a long-term use at a high temperature and a high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: Description is made of polymer films, coatings, and molding elements for use in displays, which comprises a polymer phase in which an oxygen scavenger compound, a hindered amine light stabilizer, and a hindered phenol antioxidant are molecularly dispersed. The hindered amine light stabilizer compound and the hindered phenol antioxidant are present in a mass ratio of 20:1 to 1:20, and the mass ratio of the oxygen scavenger compound to the total concentration of the hindered amine light stabilizer compound and the hindered phenol antioxidant is 10:1 to 1:10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
