PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation containing an A4i protease and an analogue of the protease, capable of used for treating diseases relating to a Kunitz-type basic protease inhibitor.

SOLUTION: This preparation comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable composition used for inhibiting inflammations and contains a pharmaceutical acceptable carrier, the protein expressed by the sequence of formula (1), and the analogue of the protein given by substituting an amino acid which comprises arginine and exists at the 13 position in a sequence with another neutral hydrophobic amino acid.
