PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid deodorant composition which is used for treating hair, can exhibit an extremely excellent deodorizing effect against an odor mainly produced from high concentration ammonia released on the treatment of hair, has high safety for human bodies and environments, and has excellent stability with time. SOLUTION: This aqueous liquid deodorant composition is characterized by comprising a 2 to 6C organic acid, a 2 to 6C organic acid alkali metal salt, cyclodextrin and a nonionic surfactant, and having a pH value of 3 to 8.
