The combustion gas discharge system (1) is provided with a common main discharge channel (2) and several auxiliary discharge channels (4.i (i = 1,2,....n where n = 3)). Each auxiliary channel is provided with at least one inlet (6.i) connected to a combustion unit (8.i) such as a boiler and an outlet (10.i) which is connected with an inlet (12.i) of the main discharge channel. Each auxiliary discharge channel issues into the main discharge channel for feed of combustion gases from the combustion unit. Each combustion unit is furnished with a fan (14.1) and has an inlet (16.i) for input of combustion air. In the area between the inlet and the outlet (6.i) into the combustion unit is a burner (18.i) and the fan. In each combustion gas discharge area (20.i) extending from the combustion unit via the auxiliary discharge channel is an automatically functioning check valve (22.i).
