<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit detector for detecting the deposit amount of a deposit on the pipe inner-wall face of a measuring part when the measuring part is cleaned at the time of finishing measurement, and a cleaner. <P>SOLUTION: Since the density of fresh water is calculated based on vibration of a bent pipe 2c when fresh water is supplied and the density of the fresh water is compared with the density of the fresh water preliminarily stored, and the deposit amount of the deposit on the bent pipe inner-wall face is detected based on a difference between the both, the deposit on the inner-wall face of the bent pipe 2c is surely detected, and a cleaning degree of the pipe inner-wall face is grasped numerically. Because a cleaning liquid supplying part 4 is connected to the deposit detector 3, a cleaning liquid is supplied to wash the bent pipe 2c repeatingly when the deposit amount exceeds a prescribed value, so as to be able to remove surely the deposit on the inner-wall face of the bent pipe 2c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
