PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal compute with an integrated display which can display an external input image on its display and then eliminates the need for a monitor for other image signal output equipment when the image signal output equipment is used in combination with the other image signal output equipment to contribute to cost reduction, work space expansion, and improvement of convenience. SOLUTION: The personal computer has external image input terminals 12 and 14 to which the image signal output equipment is connected to input digital or analog image signals from the image signal output equipment, image signal converting means 16, 18, 20,22, 24, 26, 28, and 30 which convert image signals inputted from the external image input terminals 12 and 14 into image signals matching the display mode of a flat display 8, and a display image switching means 32 which switches an image to be displayed on the flat display 8 between an image generated by a processing part 2 and images inputted from the external image input terminals 12 and 14.
