<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a snack-like food enabling easily eating bean curd useful as a health food. <P>SOLUTION: This snack-like food using dry bean curd is obtained by arranging the coating layer of food paste, food powder and other food on the surface of the dry bean curd of a given shape. The raw material bean curd as the raw material of the dry bean curd is added with a palate feeling imparting agent to impart crispy feeling to the dry bean curd obtained by drying the raw material bean curd.
