<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for occluding the flow of blood in an aneurysm by locating an aneurysm neck cover in the aneurysm by using a catheter. <P>SOLUTION: In the aneurysm neck cover system using the catheter, the system is provided with the catheter for location having an inner cavity, a proximal end and a distal end through the inside and the aneurysm neck cover equipped with a first expandable seal member and a second expandable seal member and can occlude the flow of blood in the aneurysm by opening the second seal member to close the opening of the aneurysm when the aneurysm neck cover is located over the opening of the aneurysm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
