<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean the inside surface of a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a touching part 4 touchable on the inside surface of the pipe A while rotating around a rotary axial center X along the longitudinal direction of the pipe A and a drive 5 for rotary-driving the part 4 so that attachments D stuck to the inside surface of the pipe can be removed by moving the part 4 in the pipe A. Guide bodies 3a, 3b guidable so that the center X can be kept near the axial center of the pipe A along the longitudinal direction by touching the bodies 3a, 3b with the inside surface are fit to a removing unit 1 for removing the attachments stuck to the inside surface by bringing the part 4 into contact with the inside surface while rotary- driving the part 4.
