PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative exterior parts having appearance with glossy finish and a method for producing the parts at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this method, a glossy material is blended with a colored resin material or a transparent resin material, then a die temperature is set to reach the desired one, then the molten resin is charged into the die cavity of high temperature and heated fast, then the die temperature is decreased after the completion of injecting the molten resin, and finally the resin material in the cavity is cooled fast, thereby the molded product with flatness and gloss is produced. Furthermore, a resin product with an excellent appearance is obtained by applying a clear finish coating on the surface of this molded product. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
