PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attachment of members in a chair with a structure compactified by fitting a plurality of members on one shaft. SOLUTION: A movable lock body 39 for locking backward tilting of a seat back and a ring like seat driving body 49 for largely moving a seat backward than an intermediate support 4 in locking are fit from the outside on the first shaft (a slide shaft) 14 for synchronizing (interlocking) the seat and the seat back. A recessed part 55 for fitting is formed on the movable lock part 39, a boss part 56 for fitting is formed on the seat driving body 49, and both members 39 and 49 are coaxially held by fitting them together.
